Stroke and Turn lessons
Stoke and Turn 1
Age: 5- 9 years. Class size: 6 children. Lesson length: 45 minutes
Cost: $33/class
This class is meant for swimmers who have no interest in swimming as a sport, but instead just want to continue to learn the strokes in the swim class environment. This class will have 4 focuses that will build on the teaching from the previous levels. The swimmers will work on swimming freestyle and backstroke without flippers, they will work on developing butterfly & breaststroke from the kick up, and will work on learning flip turns. These new skills can be challenging for swimmers at first so there will be much time spent on butterfly and breastroke kick and body position.
