GENERAL REMINDERS - facility lessons

  • There is a $15/student registration fee by Choice Fitness for use of their facility that is non-refundable and billed upon registration. The summer session is 8-weeks; all other sessions are 12 weeks. 50% tuition and the registration fee is due upon registration. The other 50% of tuition be due partway through the session (50% upon registration and 50% after class 4 for 12 week sessions and after class 3 for sessions 10 weeks or less). Please be advised that if your payment method is declined, a $15.00 fee will be charged if you do not provide us with a replacement manner of payment within 24 hours.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason after registration. If a student needs to withdraw from a session prior to the session starting, then a credit to their swim account will be issued. Swimm with Timm does not refund credit cards due to client withdrawal from a class. The start date is not the first day of your class, it is the first date of the session.

  • You are committing to the entire session when you register, which means you are committing to both payments.

  • No refunds will be given for missed classes.

  • We will offer both group and private/semiprivate lessons. We will not offer custom group lessons (build your own group) for lessons at our facility.

  • For weekly lessons, up to 2 personal makeup classes are allowed per session. Classes are eligible for makeup if they are submitted directly through your online parent portal at least the day prior to class. Makeup classes are subject to availabilty and expire the last day of the session. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for makeup.

  • For swim intensives, there are no makeup classes offered.

  • Clients are required to sign up for the session. We do not allow partial session sign-ups. We do not add to weekly group classes after the first week of classes except for the Parent/Child and private/semi classes. Tuition for these classes will be pro-rated to adjust for starting mid-session.

  • We do not change levels mid-session. If your child is ready to move up a level, they will do for the next session.

  • Once the session has started (not the first day of your class), if a student withdraws from a class, all money paid to Swimm with Timm is forfeited. By enrolling in a class, you agree to pay both the initial tuition (50%) and the tuition billed after class #4 (50%).

  • Any child not fully potty trained must purchase the approved swim diaper, the Happy Nappy Duo. This swim diaper may be purchased from our swim shop on our website or another retailer, but must be the Happy Nappy Duo (not the regular Hapy Nappy).
