Swimm with Timm maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the personal data that we collect from you. Swimm with Timm restricts access to personal data collected about you to our employees, our affiliates’ employees, Swimm with Timm volunteers, organizational partners, or others who need to know that information to provide services to you, or in the course of conducting our operations or activities. Please note, however, that no website can guarantee 100% security. Swimm with Timm stores your personal data for as long as required. We may retain personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and for the purpose of fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention, including our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law. 

Text Opt-In Policy

By providing your phone number when you enroll in class, and choosing the opt-in text feature (which we recommend), you hereby authorize Swimm with Timm to text you about class cancellations and schedule changes. We will only text regarding schedule changes that effect your swimmer. I understand that I have the right to opt-in or opt-out of text messages without penalty, and I can opt out at any time by logging into my Parent Portal and opting out or emailing groupslessons@swimmwithtimm.com. Regular data and message rates may apply.
