Return Policy

Are you dissatisfied with your purchase from Swimm with Timm? We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value. 

Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged along with a copy of your receipt. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
