Timothy C. Heffron

Owner and Head Instructor

Timm is the owner and head instructor of the Swimm with Timm program. He is a former collegiate swimmer with 25 years experience as a teacher and coach for swimmers of all levels and ages. Timm has a positive instruction style focused on building confidence in swimmers in order to encourage progression of skills. His coaching background allows him to teach the skills needed for swimmers to learn proper techniques in all strokes. Timm is also a coach for the North Shore Crimson Aquatics Team.


Meghan E. Jacobs


Meghan started swimming competitively at age 10, and comes with over 5 years of experience teaching and coaching. She is an instructor for all program levels, in addition to teaching private lessons at Atlantis Sports Club. Meghan has an amazing demeanor with children in the pool, and they respond wonderfully to her energetic and positive approach to swimming. Meghan is also a lifeguard at Salisbury Beach during the summer months.


Caroline Belli


Caroline grew up swimming on the North Shore, and continued competitively swimming through high school and college. She was the recipient of the Boston Globe All-Scholastic Swimmer Award two years in a row, and was the State Champion in the 100 yard Backstroke. In college, she was a Division II NCAA qualifier. Throughout her swimming career, Caroline has worked and volunteered with swim camps and clinics. She now enjoys teaching with us and spending time in the pool with her own two children.


Beth McDonough

Instructor / Administrator

Beth began swimming competitively at the age of five and continued through college. She has over fifteen years of experience teaching swimming lessons, and uses her background in early childhood education to help children conquer their fear of water. Beth is a mom to two amazing girls, and was previously a firefighter and paramedic.
